Feeling peckish? We’re salivating thinking about the most delicious meals we’ve enjoyed during our collective travels and decided they’re too good not to share!
FIJI – Qamea Resort & Spa
Catering to all tastes and dietary requirements – including vegan, vegetarian and gluten free – the mouth-watering menus at Qamea are created daily to showcase fresh, seasonal ingredients that perfectly complement the tropical Fijian climate including seafood fresh from the ocean out the front of the resort!
SAMOA – Sinalei Reef Resort & Spa
Sinalei’s culinary philosophy is ‘fresh, local and honest food’ and each menu is developed according to the resort’s farm-and-ocean-to-plate concept. The resort this year appointed two new chefs to head up their famous over-the-water restaurant, Ava I Toga, and their traditional Samoan restaurant, Laumosooi; both of which offer a refined yet relaxed dining experience.
SAMOA – Le Lagoto Resort & Spa
Celebrate traditional Samoan delicacies with Le Lagoto’s theme nights. Their Thursday buffet and fiafia night and Sunday Polynesian BBQ night are not to be missed! You’ll enjoy local dishes including roast pork cooked in umu, baked fish, oka, taro in coconut cream and more. An absolute must try while staying at this resort is their freshest and finest lobster… we rate it some of the best we’ve ever had!
GREECE – CAVO TAGOO Santorini
Hands down one of the finest restaurants in Imerovigli (and in our humble opinion, the whole of Santorini), the dining experience at CAVO TAGOO Santorini’s restaurant, OVAC, is as exceptional as the resort’s spell-binding backdrop. Multi-award-winning chef, Chronis Damalas, creates flavoursome revelations inspired by local Mediterranean gastronomy that are made even more enjoyable by uninterrupted views of Santorini’s famous caldera the scintillating azure of the Aegean Sea.
MALDIVES – Coco Collection
Across the three Coco Collection properties – Coco Privé Private Island, Coco Bodu Hithi and Coco Palm Dhuni Kolhu – there’s more than 10 world-class restaurants and bars that boast some of the best culinary experiences in the Maldives, including annual visits from Michelin-starred chefs!

FIJI – Tokoriki Island Resort
Nadi-born Executive Chef, Ashim Singh started his career at Tokoriki Island Resort when he was 21 years old. 21 years later, after working for an impressive range of establishments throughout Asia, the Pacific Isles & New Zealand, the globe-trotting chef returned to the multi-award winning luxury resort’s kitchen. Influences from his Asian experiences meet his Pacific heritage in Tokoriki’s delectable & ever-changing menu. Our favourite dishes are Fijian soul food staples like ika vaka lolo & palusami, that he elevates to fine dining status.
